Need advice about best EU Server

Haii haii, here is Asuna and i would like to ask something.

What Server in EU is the best? Well i know all of them are the best, but i mean i would wish to join server who isn't that much crowded neither to poor, is there any decent one? 

Like yea, i live in UK and so far i started my gaming at NA because of my American friends who are many. Now that my ping can't take it anymore neither do i, i am coming to Europe.
