The Legion is very excited to present a new creation to the BnS world, Mushin Lottery is an exciting new way to play for in-game money in the world of Blade and Soul. We are breaking new ground with the first service to allow you to play for prizes in the game!

 

The Mushin Lottery is a player run lottery game, run by “The Legion”. Starting off in the Hajoon server too later expand to other servers.

 

Visit the Mushin Lottery Site out! (still being worked on... better non-wix site coming later)

 

 

 

How does this work?

 

It’s pretty easy and straight forward, you send money to the in-game character named “MushinLottery” to purchase tickets, your entries are recorded. Every Wednesday randomly numbers will be generated and anyone with the winning ticket/s will win the jackpot. If no one wins the prize grows; and everyone has to repurchase tickets.

EDIT: Also, you may be a legit guy just wanting to for an actual Lottery but it didn't last too long on TERA and I doubt NCSoft will actually go for it, because you do need their permission to offer any type of "gambling" in their game if it already isn't against TOS/TOA.

This is a game gambling for fun. Mushin Lottery is a gambling service (player run) dedicated to the BnS game and does not use real currencies. Only in-game currency is used.

Don’t twist words around, the site is hosted for free. If we get a new site that will cost ‘US, me personally” money to host. No person/s will be charged to play or enter the site.

Actually the way these scams usually work is that their friends "win" the gold from time to time, and then run around saying how great the lottery is, and how much gold they won; in the hopes of getting even more people to send them gold.

 

Edit: And the saddest part is that it keeps working no matter how long it has been going on for.

Pretty sure this is an offense that can result in an account termination as NCsoft themselves needs an official permit to host any lottery type of events. It's permited in virtual petsites and its easy track but I really don't think its a good idea to attempt this in an mmo.

I have went line by line on the Blade and Soul Rules of Conduct, Terms of Use, and User Agreement. There are no such rules in place.  I’m sure if they used real currency then it would; but in this case it is not real currency.

From what I understand, if there is any way of somebody converting their in-game winning into RL money, even if said means is not endorsed by the developers/publishers, (i.e. RMT), then gambling like you're doing is illegal.  (at least on the NA servers)

 

Not a violation of rules of conduct, terms of use, user agreement.  Illegal.  Go to jail, don't pass go, type illegal.  And I'd be extremely surprised if there isn't something in the Terms/etc. that uhm...  "discourages" illegal activity within the game.

 

edit:  So, uhm...

  1. VIOLATE ANY LAW OR GOVERNMENTAL REGULATION RELATED TO THE GAME;

id have to agree considering that even though the currency exchange isnt yet implemented there are ways around that -players "gifting" nccoin for in game gold and such - that its if its not illegal its on a very fine line and very verrry thin ice and especially once the exchange is out itll most definitely be illegal at least in so far as the NA servers go :/ so while it might sound like an interesting idea it treads a very dangerous legal line and also i dont think NCsoft would condone it regardless even if it isnt in their tos or coc or anything else so im fairly certain this idea will sink rather quickly - after all any company will first and foremost cover their own backside legally in just about any situation you can think of - simply good sense
