King Kaari essence wheel bugged?

I have used 60 essences on the wheel and still didn't get the outfit that it says it should give. That is like 6 times the normal amount and seems broken. Not even adornments or jewelry(?), only Weapon Chests and Soul shields without any exception at all.

It's not bugged, it just has a low rarity rate, i spent almost 200 essences before getting anything but shields and weapons

But why doesn't anything else "drop". Like jewelry or adornments? It's like it's stuck on weapons and shields. Not at all like other wheels.

It does, it just has a very very low chance.

Most people I talked with at the boss got the other things with 1-10 tries. Seems like a fairly high chance.
