Cross server dungeon lobby

i was trying too get a friend into my party last night.. so does the cross sevr dungeon mean.. that we have access too all the servers or is it just the one im on.. cause i am on dochun and me friend is on Jiwan .. but figured if its cross server dungeon that would not matter.. ._.

You can do Dungeons or PvP  together but not stuff like Faction Dailies.
