This hotfix was to address the issue of the NVidia graphics card showing as a removable device for some and being accidentally ejected when messing with external storage devices. This fix has absolutely nothing to do with FPS or framerate while playing games.

? I haven't had a problem with Nvidia with B&S? I'm still at constant 60 fps
