Please fix BnSCrashReport!!!

I don't really know how many times I have writen about this and sincerely i'm really bored of this...   The game keeps crashing after the pin or after 5 seconds  that i'm in game and this fact is irritating me so much.  I have no razer in my pc so that's not my case and I have this problems since the launch of this game...  I have played in the korean server and I have never... NEVER had this problems please fix it cause is really frustrating ...

 

I have downloaded the patch now but the problem is still there ... can't log into the game due to the BnsCrashReport ...

I am having the same issues but only on 1 of my computers. My other two computers, which are no different, work fine but this one it crashes every time I try to load the game.

New patch, new problems with this stupid BnSCrashReport, it's really frustrating I have waited a long time for nothing but crashes, after the last small maintenance the one done due to the marketplace ...  all the problems related to the bnscrashreport were solved, that was the first time I could play, login in game without any troubles and i could also change chars without caring about crashing, that means that the problem is not mine or in my hardware or software ... 2 days free of crashes and now ...  new patch and I have the same problems again, believe me i'm really bored of all this ... please fix it!   I'm premium now and it was just a waste of money, a stupid waste of money

As usual after every maintenance I can't log into the game due to the BnsCrashReport error, I'm really bored of this specially cause I have played without problems for a couple of days.  I don't have Razer or asus products so it's not my problem.  I left blade and soul for a week, more or less and  when I came back i had no problems playing till today now i can't play cause I crash when I enter the game.  Can someone tell me if they have found any kind of solution for this problem cause there are a lot of topics about it but i have not found any solution that works for me.
