Mod Support?

So I was just curious if the NA and EU versions had mod support or of that is frowned upon by NCsoft, or if you do mod you get banned

I would refrain from this until they clean up the botting/spamming problem. Otherwise, you may get flagged for suspicious activity.

It wouldnt even be heavy modding really, just clothing swaps and such
