Chara emoctions don't work

My chara doesn't seem to be able to use emoctions (F12 thing). When I open the options and click them, nothing happens. I don't really know why, I tried in different places, even if I log out and log in another time nothing changes. It's a bug, or it's only me that have this problem? I can't understand, some days ago were working perfectly.

EDIT: it seems that my male assassin can use emoji, but my female Kung fu master Yun just can't. I don't really understand why one is working and another no.

Every dam day a new bug arise out of the hackers and trolling as mother *cricket*ing bots and shit else that comes to this game no one does anything about it. The point is get off your ass and stop them. I am tired of reporting this crazy nonsense to the air. Where are the people that actually do something to help. No chat, no emotes, no profile, no store, no bank tab you name it the list is continuing to be plagued with viruses and or hackers stopping others to play this game. What ever this guard thing that loads is not helping what so ever cause the hackers bypass it. Sigh. If wind-stride is taken I am done! So be it!

I understand that there are a lot of issues with a game this big, but at least I want to know if all the issues will be fixed in a short time (and I don't mean 1 day, I understand that's a lot of work), cause gaming is pretty difficult if game crashes every dungeon I enter or if some basic function keeps to don't work.
