Game taking forever to launch, constant disconnects

Game is taking about 3-4 minutes to get past the Blade & Soul initial logo, and when it manages to load and lets me select a character to start game, there's a 50/50 chance the game will get stuck onthe loading screen and display this:

 

 

Also, when I try to enter a new area or dungeon, it will either load immediately or just display the same error after taking about 5 minutes to load.

 

I'm playing on NA servers and this has happened since I started playing,and I don't have MS issues with other online games.

This is a cause of the server itself.

 

Have a little patience and it will get fixed!

Well, is this something that must be fixed on a patch or just an isolated problem on my end? :(
