Jafon
Due to no ping shown in the game interface, roaming on the web I found a post showing a way to find out ur ping using task manager. But...whats actually my ping? (Latenza shud be the latency, so actually the ping) By mere logic, for a noob at pc like me, the flux I shudve checked to know the ping shud be the one with major datas activity, but that'd mean i've 166 ms on ebon hall as italian player, while Jaesung has 200ms from KR to NA...that'd mean eu servers are rubbish or smth close to that. Also, isp blocking udp would affect the whole gaming experience (like being unable to log at all) or could it be shown just in particular circumstances (i.e cross server/instances/boss fights) with dc's always at same exact spot in game? Another question, is there a way to improve the ping -I dont believe in wtfast and similars plus looks like they dont work on bns-? Ty all for the attention :)
Aria Kyu
While I can't really answer one of your questions, since I never tried to ping the server itself, I can answer your last question. The only way to improve your ping is to, move closer to the server, or use an ISP where there nodes aren't cluttered with a lot of noise. Latency/ping is how fast you can connect to the server. Since you are in the EU and are experiencing high pings or the same towards an NA server, it may be your ISP, or the actual server is lagging at the time of the ping. This is just my speculation though.
Dr4w
Ho notato che sei italiano. Riusciresti a dare uno sguardo alla mia domanda e a cercare di aiutarmi, visto il fatto che io non riesco nemmeno ad entrarci in-game.

One way to bypass IP firewalls is through proxy(e.g. WTFast). I can't really assist further. If anything, you could try contacting support to see if anything can be done whether your side or their side.
