Bug in forum. Name changed to numbers!!!!

NCsoft, open ticket to speak about problem has name nick in forum what changed to many number and suport no resolved problem and closed ticket.

 

My name altered to numbers here in forum and no changed in option  in settings menu here forum.

I like post in forum, participe events etc..... problem is my accounte is founder and I no create other account only to post in forum.

 

 

When go Fix problem has nick in forum?
