alpha9 Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 Using Credit Card payment authorization failed, Using Chrome, Firefox, IE, Called bank and they said that the transactions are not even listed anywhere, NCsoft support is useless, anyone managed to get fix for this? I’m able to override these purchase restriction for 24 hours. Please make your purchase within this time frame. If you are unable to make the purchase within that time, you may need to contact us again. " Second NCsoft Answer: "After reviewing your account, we have found that your purchase attempts were declined by your financial institution. When this happens, we are not given a reason of the decline. Please contact the financial institution for information about the refusals.
