Mothy Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 Since the game launched for all users, I've been unable to access the Marketplace. 99.9% of the time it says 'Service Unavailable', except for one time it gave me a message with an exclamation mark icon in the center. I didn't catch what it said because I kept repeatedly pressing refresh. So far I haven't been able to get that message again, it's always 'Service Unavailable' now. I've done everything I could, reset IE's advanced settings, turned off my firewall / antivirus and there are no updates for my computer to download. I don't know what to do anymore. Unless.... it wouldn't be blocking me because I'm technically NA but playing on EU? --EDIT-- I don't use Razer. I'm not even sure what it is, but people keep mentioning to disable it?? Aria Kyu Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 Razer products won't affect the the Marketplace. It's very glitchy and I don't have a solution for you.
