Stuck at Downloading Repair Files

I need help.. Launcher is stuck in downloading repair files.. it wont launch the game.. also why does it keep on downloading repair files even if it is updated? but my main concern is its just stuck there even if i leave it for 15 minutes..

so many bug after last patch..

 

im same problem...

i cant repair it.. and i cant create new character because quest act 1 chapter 7 lusung cant get potion...

 

GM not respon it?

There are two way to avoid this: (There is no way to fix)

*ENDURANCE: Keep opening, waiting dor 2 minutes or so, closing and trying again until you log in. (Watch this if you are having problem re-opening the launcher)

*PATIENCE: Open the game and leave it be. At the very max, it will open in one hour. Usually 20~30 minutes for me.

same for me ... that's REALLY annoying, especially with the lack of reply from NCsoft ...
