How Much Is Premium Discount?

Getting premium soon and wondering how much will be discounted in the store?

I'm rank 9 currently and I'm not sure if each rank have it owns different discount or not
For me, it's not all items and it's 10%. And it is only two items right now. Those items are Hongmoon Brilliant Moonwater Key and Dragon Trade Pouch (x23)

Its also 10% for rank 5. sooo its fixed 10% which is really nothing lol.
