Check your IP addresses for client.exe, every one of them is in the US, none are located in Germany.

Well that's fantastic to read...I honestly thought the shitty lag was due to the game still being new with a major population, so now I find out that the lag is permanent because they went full retard by putting EU server datacenter in the US, much like FFARR did originally which made me quit the game there....amazing.
