When I first start playing everything is fine. Then my FPS starts to drop and my game crashes. It says " An error has occurred in your BnS client. An error report has been made regarding the status of the installed BnS client, you hardware configuration, the DDL list loaded to the memory and data relevant to other clients errors." 

 

Everything was fine up until yesterday when it first started happening.

Yeah, same goes for me. I actually spent money on this game too and not being able to play really sucks.

Same here and I did everything,heck I even downgraded my windows 10 back to windows 7,uninstall my razer synapse, every little hotfix that has been given ,nothing was right. 10-15mins ingame thn crashes no fps drops or whats so ever. Its been 4 days since this has been happening and ive been looking for solutions cmon? I spent $125 on the damn game. Now I gotta sit here and wait for the right fix? All my friends been using razer synapse and are able to play with anything happening... So I don't think its a razer problem....I had the graphic fps drop b4,fixed it by using the old version didn't even bother updating at all but still get the 10-15min crashes....pissing me the *cricket* off.

I have the same damn problem! 10 minutes into the game and boom crash. all of my friends who play use the same shit i do and none of them crash. i also spent money on this game and makes me so mad because i put in a ticket asking for a refund and they wouldn't give me shit. This game is pretty good which makes me want to play but what in the actual *cricket*.

Right now I had that crash the first time too.

After that I tried to login again. I could go to the character screen, but it didn't enter the world. I then quit the game via task manager.

The next time I logged in I couldn't enter the pin and only got the message, that I would be logged in from a different location and that the game will quit now.

 

What???

I am still at the same PC with the same IP address for the next 3 hrs (it is 1 am and at 4 am the IP changes).

This is exactly what I met in last few days

But I found something interesting, if I don't move and kill mobs(chat is ok) , I can stay in game for several hours. As long as I start killing mobs or doing dungeons ,10mins top game will crash after a sharp decrease of fps

i had only 1 time drop and its right now, why so many ppl have problems with this game? razer probrams etc, i have razer probrams yes, i have fix fps always, no drops, no disconnects, im lucky? dont think so, kids you should just calm down

who said you have to do it? i did nothing and can play with nice fps and no drops from game, each game has problem at beginn with servers, logins and etc. 1 more ALL games, wow, l2, aa, bdo (ru), aa (ru), wildstar, gw2 that just all big projects wich i remember, and trust me im not lying, i had issue at wow like 3-4 months like all ppl, its always happens

Shame is this .....game is old.......derv team doesnt even warn people  and hey they have plenty of players around......and lets say,,,,,(we solving the issues but we arent on Mantainance) and afther 2 hours (solving) they go +1 Mantainance lol.....this Team is a bunch of kids working a Great game and ruining to the bone....Since day 1 only problems....If i was the boss.....id kick game Manager....Period...... for bad service.
