Wheel of fate - Cinderlands doesn't work

Hi Guys I am a level 29 on the EU server starfall crater. been playing for a week or so. now that i reached the Cinderlands everything seems fine except when i reached the wheel of fate. I cannot spin it, then did the quest killing the Boss and got the same weapon chest that you can acquire  from the wheel. Still i cannot open that too. then tried the other wheel at the Yahara's Miraj still no luck. it must be some sort of bug but I seem to be the only one having it.

 

oh and I see the icon (F spin wheel) but nothing happens.

 

If your advice is: 

1. restart the game (done)
2. restart the pc (done)
3. repair the game (done)

Do you have stuff in your overflow inventory?

Happened to me just now and removing that fixed it.
