We don't work for NC and don't have the info they do. We can only help to a degree.

yea i know..and i know i maked more posts..but becoz nobody answer... Those tutorials not work for me..i tryed..i not even ussing razor or assus...i need a tutorial for Nvidia..and why its not work..im not getting any error..i explained..so what is the problem

Ok, he's referring to a graphic driver issue.

 

I'm using an Nvidia card both here at work and at home and everything is working fine for me.

 

Can you tell me what graphics card you have?

sprry Doowie..i tryed 1 more thing i saw in Ncsoft post..to disable 3d part ..it was more worst lol..

Geforce Gt 630 graphic card/ 16gb ram/CPU G860 @ 3.00 Ghz 3.00Ghz

BTW i just chech on my graphic and its say Blade And Soul its able to play..so my  graphic support this game without problem..then what is the problem..its annoyng other can play...i love this game very much and class Summoner :(

You're using a laptop right?

 

Can you make sure that your laptop is not making it so your onboard Intel HD isn't being used instead.

 

 

 

Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your GT 630M.

Can you link the threads that you've looked at where others have commented, that they are also having problems with the  GT 630 graphics card?

 

Can you take a screenshot of the error message you receive, when you try to load up Blade & Soul?

NOTICED SOMTHING!!

1. frist time..the game just freeze on loadin dragon screen..i dont pop any error..just only freeze like having massive lag..and not enter in game..just frezze and i need restart pc..this is my problem..not any error

2. Doowie.. i updated my graphic..it wasnt update to  last..and i noticed..frist time when u start game i dont stay 5-10 min to appear loading dragon screen..it start imediatly after update graphic..but now it stop after that..it dosent show me dragon loadin..the game not freeze or somthing.. just it not loading..but its moving around there screen..( idk if u understand this ) ..i dont get anny error..just it not show the dragon loading...but its not crashed..it like its loading ..( screen movie do ) but its not show where its loading and how much..

btw.. and when the game is in windows mode..meane its showing abit small..becoz i have big TV on PC :).. need in settings game...but not this is the thing..the thing is..i can take with courser and move around it and take it and move and move..and its not freezee or crash..frist time..if i was put mouse and clik..frezze and need restart pc..after update graphic not making anymore..but idk why not loading..i dont se the dragon loading anymore

Second point, your initial post didn't make clear at all that you have an issue with a graphics card, it just stated that you can't play cause you don't understand ?

 

Be clear, give it some time to post and make a sensible post.

People do want to help out, but don't demand, we are just players, like you.

At the moment, I can't log in either, there is a problem with the server and NCSoft is looking into it. It is NOT your computer, it is the server.

On some computers you just have to wait for along time to get in to character selection. And yes i'm aware servers are down at the moment.

When the servers get back up try again. After you done the pin security and it looks like it halts. Wait wait wait it can take several minutes on some computer setups to get pass that sequens

mhm i try again now...im waiting like 4-5 min frist time to loading..then after pin no more dragon loading..i will just wait see what its doing...and tell u after if it worked..can tell me wich EU server is newest? i think was an EU server added 3-4 days ago?
