Stuck on Launcher

So, every time when I try to play my launcher verifies, then says it needs to download 85 Bytes of repair tools. It gets stuck here. When I force close the launcher, relaunch, and repair it launches just fine but when I restart and launch again the same problem comes up.

Ive had that problem, and sometimes i still have it, currently i have a "Servers in Maint." Problem.

i get past the 85 byte repair tools after like 5 mins of waiting. try waiting.. a long time.... for 85 bytes :/
