Cant log on E02018 code

Been 2 days now and i still cant log in. 

 

[update error]Cannot download file.

Please restart the launcher. If the problem persist, please contant customer support

Thanks that seems to have worked. I noticed though that among the things i disabled was my antivirus. Can i turn everything back on now or will problem continue? Not really sure about the other stuff i turned off but im guessing they were on for a reason so im assuming other things on my computer arnt going to work properly. Is there going to be a fix on the launchers end or must i permanently leave everything off?

Hi FearlessOne, that's the best fix until we can get GameGuard to work nicer with more antivirus softwares, which we are working on as well.

Thanks again youve been very helpful. Ill cross my fingers and play it safe till permenant fix is found. Games got me hooked so i guess little risk is acceptable lol.

I have got same problem, but the steps provided doesnt help. I tried pinging 64.25.35.23 which is update server, and i cant reach it from my pc either. Well i can, but it returns this: Ping statistics for 64.25.35.23:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 1, Lost = 3 (75% loss).

Should i just send it to support, or is there anything else i can try?
