AI and Character Packet Loss

Whenever I start fighting with my character (Assassin) and try to do any moves/combos there is a huge delay and I end up barley getting any hits in. For example i try to use my three consecutive auto attacks on a monster and only my first one goes off, and only sometimes does the second it get through. I have tried to change servers, reduce my graphics, repaired files, and reinstall the game but nothing worked. I also called my friend on and he told me I seemed to be teleporting and when he watched me fight i only attacked every few seconds. I don't know what else to do, if anyone has suggestions please tell me.

I have an ASUS gaming computer with an intel Core i7 and NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX

I have this exact problem.

The customer support told me that its an issue concerning due to packet loss and something to do with the service provider, here I'll repost what he said to me

" According to this report, your connection is suffering from packet loss. If you are not familiar with this term, it simply means the loss of data while in transit from point A (your computer) to point B (our servers).

If you review the results of Ping Plotter, you should see solid red bars (lines) throughout the test. Each of these red lines is a spot where the connection just, well stopped. Either not enough information could be received or it wasn't sent. As such, the game is trying to adjust your position to your last known location. Because the server is always right, (this is a security measure for anti-cheating/hacking) the game is forced to adjust your location to where the server last thought you were. This causes your character to "snap back" or "rubberband" to that location. If not enough data is received in a period of time, then the game will likely disconnect you because it thinks you are no longer active.

Because the loss of data is happening prior to it reaching our game servers, you will need to contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance. I would highly recommend sending them the results of your Ping Plotter test so they can visually see the issue you are suffering from."

I'm not sure its cause of my internet provider since this is just recent, but maybe its because I usually Reboot my modem whenever I'm Lagging.

I have the same problem, they've sent me the same formula and few others, and nothing seems to be working for me :) I'm loosing 100% of my packets, this game is totally unplayable, when I ping bladeandsoul.com in cmd it also shows that im loosing 100% packets, it happens only with bns, I used to play many games before, and never had such a problem. I stopped playing few days ago, since pvp/dungeons didnt make sense at all with such a lags... I think their servers just suck ;[ nothing we can do about that
