HELP! Disconnected from server.(2000)(132,10060)

This is so frustrating right now.

I get this disconnected from server message.

Sometimes I log on it works, but then i get disconnected with this message.

Other times, I enter my pin number and this thing just shows up so i cannot even get to my character screen.

Anyone have this issue as well or a fix for this by any chance?

I have tried disabling all startup except Microsoft startup services from msconfig to no avail.

I tried changing the settings in the firewall and vpn to no avail.

Please any help would be appreciated!

same here, but only when i try to enter a dungeon. It says the same thing about disconnected from server.
