Can you Turn off middle mouse button for camera

I use my middle mouse button (scroll wheel button) for push to talk in voice coms. When i have my inventory open and press it, it goes right into free camera movement and i can't highlight anything making it very hard to use.

 

(Yes moving the push to talk key to something else would obviously be the first fix for this) but i was wondering if there was anyway of turning this off as I would like to use it for voice coms and messes around a lot with it in game.
