How many of you have gotten a refund?

Nope, never even seen a official apology. I was also curious concerning the Premium benefits, we are paying for one thing that is not even in the game !! LOL and it is still advertised we get it. I have heard they are thinking of putting the feature into the game , but facts are it is not there now and we are paying for it, it was not even replaced with another similar perk for premium.  Now I know if I pay for any package from any were which is advertised as containing 'x' amount of specific items I expect to receive those items or be at least offered similar replacements that is just standard consumer rights

 

Other games I have played were there have been some unforeseen problems or anything like we have had have always given some thing back, it just promotes good will if anything, does not have to be game time just anything especially for paying customers.

No it's ncsoft, they haven't even kept us updated on ANY progress towards fixing the *cricket*hole they dug. I highly doubt any of this will get fixed, let alone anything given to us as compensation for all this lost playtime and wasted premium. They will most likely either remove this thread, ignore it, or give a really shitty reply in attempts to damage control. it's the ncsoft way!

I really like this game, and i want it to do well, but HOLY *cricket* every. single. patch. some gamebreaking glitches come out and players are the ones to fix them, we don't even here from ncsoft, they just ignore it, then make it far worse the next patch.

Countless people with horrible frame issues, personally not me

Major crash issues, i'm personally getting these

Bots, Gold spammers, the usual, are completely out of control

No communication on fixes for these

Chat, wardrobe, hongmoon store, and other key features randomly go down for unknown amounts of hours

And to top it off i've heard of people getting the ban hammer for no reason at all!

Thank you for the quick response :-), going to hold off on buying anything till the game stabilizes.

 To be totally honest Premium was worth having first day of launch, just to be able to get into the game, I never had to wait more than 2- 3 mins at most with premium, while i always noticed 1000's of none premium waiting in queue. 

 But now I believe queue time into the game is far better and fast so in all honesty the actual benefits Premium gives you are not really worth it , its just like a little bit here and there extra, things like 10% more XP, but thats only from combat, not quests and 100% more money from a mob that drops a few copper really worth it ????

tbh at end game they drop 40 copper each so its insanely good for money, but right now premiums not worth it since you can't play the *cricket*ing game

 Compared to many other F2P games which have Premium status , Patron status or what ever they call it this game you get the very least for your money than any other game. I dont mind supporting and spending on a game I enjoy,  but you do at least expect something worthwhile in return.

Like an hour ago when I was taking a bath I was literally thinking I should send a ticket (or tickets) demanding a refund on my bundle.

 

These past 2-3 days have been a nightmare! I wasn't experiencing any issues 'til maybe a week after launch (started at head start) so I'm super disappointed in the way things have been developing. Don't get me wrong, I love this game when it works and I think the good outweighs the bad and I was expecting some issues... But people have been spending money on this game and bundles/premium membership are going to waste. Also been hearing a lot of F2P players complain about them missing their daily dash runs completely, because the little time they have in their day to play is denied from them because they aren't able to login. And there's a lot of really helpful items there for everyone, but this especially hurts the F2P players.

 

This needs to be addresses and things need to be rectified.

 

Like, we understand there are problems, we get it. But we paid money for perks for a LIMITED period of time and can't put them to use. It's different for cosmetics and items that will stay on your character/account, but we can't roll back time. At least give us a refund to make up for the lost time and keep your paying customers in the game.

 

Also all players should get a few extra spins on their daily dash when the servers are stable enough so they can acually use it. I've already finished mine, so this is not coming from a selfish place. People should be able to spint the wheel even if they have a life outside of the game. People need to go to school and work, at least if you want the profit...
