Where is the item I bought?

Its been more than 3 days (plus the 3 days I waited for their follow up on asking me to send a screenshot) and NCSOFT still hasnt solved or replied to my ticket regarding an item I bought with ncoins that I never got. Should I even hope to get it in the future? There doesnt seem to be a sign of them trying in terms of helping me out when I payed money for something I never got... Am I just supposed to wait until it gets to a week or something? When do you guys think I should start a dispute?
