Yezi Posted January 31, 2016 Share Posted January 31, 2016 Its been more than 3 days (plus the 3 days I waited for their follow up on asking me to send a screenshot) and NCSOFT still hasnt solved or replied to my ticket regarding an item I bought with ncoins that I never got. Should I even hope to get it in the future? There doesnt seem to be a sign of them trying in terms of helping me out when I payed money for something I never got...
