Client/Launcher Crashing

Been able to play without any issue since launch day.

 

Starting today, I continue to receive the following error are clicking on "Play Now" once the launcher verifies the files.

 

The game client encountered an error while running. Shutting down the game client.(4049)

 

It then opens a page in my browser telling me to make sure game guard isn't active when trying to play the game -- but it isn't.

 

I do not know what to do to resolve this.
