Reviving crashes

I have not been able to play the game in the last few days i was playing and had pvp clothes on died and than when i hit 4 to revive game crahes happens everytime than i try to restart game and it wont even start the client it also crashes

thats happening to me everytime also , we already reported it to ncsoft but no answer till now (tbh i thing NcSoft only care about premium/donaters , so u can try for months if they answer u its cuz u luck ) ^^
