*FIX* Stuck/Crash on BnS Logo/After Play Now And Crashes every 5 min

So everyone knows or for the most its a razer problem

 

1 you need to go to Documents>BnS>NCWest>ClientConfiguration.xml

2 Delete the ClientConfiguration.xml and close it

3 Go to your BnS Game Folder > Bin > Game guard

4 Delete Gameguard  

5 do Windows Key + R and type MSCONFIG 

6 go to services and press Hide all microsoft  Services YOU NEED TO PRESS IT

7 after you mark it press disable All

8 now GO TO STARTUP and press Disable All ( you can mark/enable some programs you need)

9 Restart your PC

10 Go to your Task manager  > Services  then click the Service button down right

11 Search For Razer Chroma SDK (and Razer Game Cleaner if you got it)  Right click > properties

12 Change the startup type to automatic and press Start then ok do this to Razer Chroma SDK (and Razer Game Cleaner if you got it)

13 Here is the tricky part now open the game log in press play now and when you go to the PIN part Check Step 14

14 go back to Razer Chroma SDK (and Razer game cleaner if you got) change the startup type to Disabled and Press Stop then OK

Thats it!!

if you are able to join the game but got crashed every 5 min then start From Step 10 or skip step 5 - 8

the support of the game helped me a little (sorry but  Marc  the supporter is really ehh... need to train more ._. no offensive )

 

NOTE: Dont forget to ENABLE Razer Chroma SDK And the game Cleaner Then DISABLE it while you are in the PIN screen

WARNING: IF YOU UNINSTALLED RAZER CHROMA SDK BUT STILL USE RAZER PRODUCTS THEN YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT BACK!!!!!!!

so today i tried to play the game and as always i log in spend 4 - 5 minutes playing FPS drops Game crashes that what happens everyday to me .. today i tried something diffrent to analyze what could cause the problem ..

 

so in the beginning i started the game you wanna make sure that razer sdk works so you can log into the pin screen cause without it it wont start at all ..

 

what you want to do :-

1.start the game

2.wait for the pin entry screen

3.minimize the screen and go to task manger

4.end process for Razer sdk + razer game scanner 

return to the game and try it

 

i did that and it worked fine and it didn't crash on me .. maybe a coincidence ?

i don't know but you should try it to maybe in the end that will work for some of you like it did to me :D

same here been working on it since 7 am. no dice.  fire wall off tried every compatability mode several times. uninstalled the game and reinstalled.  i have tried literally everything.  I have the entire chroma set with firefly mousepad but nothing installed with registry clean just incase

I also haven't been able to get past the Blade and Soul logo since the mini-patch this morning. :(

Beta: Game works wonderfully.
Live: Works fine. Then Razer everything has to be disabled, or it doesn't work. Then if Razer is disabled the game doesn't work after a patch, but with this patch the game doesn't work for more than 15 minutes without crashing. Mini-patch this morning makes the game unplayable again, can't even get past the BnS logo before the NCsoft logo without it crashing. None of the fixes people are posting seem to work for me. NCsoft pls

 

It's a shame that the premium membership from being a founder is slowly burning away. I'm going to be particularly upset if I can't make it to the end of the Daily Dash before the costume expires.

They need to delete whatever they did with trying to make the CHroma keyboard FAncy... Delete that "Lets make razor cool looking"

MY roccat mouse Doesnt even get detected in game so i can hotkey it, So You know they can SHUT it off.

Reason why this is a big deal: A person who bought the MASTER pack can no longer play but has to watch as his desktop tells him that he cant even connect to the game he spent a good chunk of change on.

While my synapes with eh Tarturas doesnt even effect me logging in, This is disappointing

I would much rather has ESO bugs where I could AT least log in a kill things rather then being told my PC cant let me on.

DELETE THE CODE FOR PROGRAMMING THE CHROMA/RAZOR

Players don't need flashing lights showing them their hp/CDs/etc if they cant get on

if you got razer products but you dont have Razer Chroma SDK go and install the Razer Chroma SDK please! then follow the steps again

it meant Documents>Bns>NCWest>nothing

SORRY I WILL FIX THAT its Doc>BnS>NCWest>ClientConfiguration.xml

and it will be downloaded when you launch the game if not Try to Repair

Make sure to have checked hidden files and folders under folder options .

 

Also you dont need to do all these steps  . I fix mine by just enabling razer sdk before i launch the game and after I enter the pin  , I turn it off . Remember to turn it on again if you restart pc or exit the game and make same procedure .
