Blight Soul Shield set not working

Hi so ive just spent hours and hours and spent alot more silver than i should have aquiring the blight sould shield set in blackram and now its not working. None of the attributes is going to my character (even the attributes off the individual shields). In my Soul Shield inventory it appears fine but in my main inventory it appears as all red and its not working. Is there something ive done wrong or is it just bugged ? Iv checked on google but there's nothing about the problem ive encountered. Help would be appreciated.

It's because your not wearing an outfit. Outfits activate your soul shield. Put something on and watch ur stats rise..

LOL, yeah, put your clothes back on. This game doesn't give you stats incrs when you are running around b*tt naked.

 

EDIT: NA is working on an "underware" outfit, we tested it in CBT, so running around b*tt naked will come in time.
