Invisible Wall Bug?

So, not entirely sure if this is a bug or not, but just recently i've found that when i moved in a certain direction (in a relative sense it was my right) i would encounter some kind of invisible wall. The best way i can describe it was that i would run about three paces and then it would cut back to the spot i was at. It does this infinitely, and oddly enough only in that direction. I've fiddled with the graphics settings but it doesn't seem to help. Any insight would be helpful.

Edit 1: After further inspection it seems to only occur with the area Sentinel Coast
