[BUG 2 days] ACT II: Chapter 11: A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing

The objective of the quest is to obtain duty roster pages from the blackram pirates. It won't let me attack or target the npc's that I must kill to get the pages from. The NPC's are a light blue tealish color.. i'ts been like this for 2 days.

you have to equip one of the costumes you got in a earlier quest, not the PVP one, sorry I cant remember the name of it, one will say on it you will become hostile to Blackram, but that is how you do it

 I just logged in, its the first costume you get, the Bamboo village one :)
