maint without notice?

Managed to get into character selection. Character was lvl 12, now it's lvl 1..... Hope I don't have to start all over! :c

 while they play a game we got maintences everyday in EU and loosing time on vip ....

and ofc maint at day times......not late mornings .atleast this one is at night lol

incase you missed it, last week na was down for like 12 hours , all servers cause of some major login issues. its not just eu that has problems :P

yea. if there could be AT LEAST a warning, like a notification 15 minutes before...

but ok they have to fix the problems that they have created in the 6 hours maintainance this afternooon.

i was lvling my character  lvl 21, after the DC i logged into character selection and my char was back to lvl 15 again... i soo hope that it's just an error and will be 21 again afer the main.  its not much but still.  i spent a few hours lvling it and it would be sad if those hours were totally wasted for nothing

Do we get an extra day at our Premium for the multiple maintenances? I mean they passed easy 24 hours, maintenance during day now during night during day during night ... I WAS 3 MORE LEVELS ABOVE WHAT IT SHOWS ME NOW ! Whats this BS
