You can not edit this account

Any time I've gone to my profile to edit it it tells me I'm not allowed. I noticed this has been the same for a lot of people and was unsure if it was intended for some reason and will be opened in the future or is a bug that is just not on the list for the immediate future.

What I have also seen happen is that when I try to "Insert existing attachment" in a normal post on the forum it gives me "The page you are trying to access is not available for your account." instead. Weird stuff, only way to add screenshots etc is by external link, why should I have to upload a screenshot on some website and link that instead of directly being able to upload my own damn picture?
