What is the best place i could use exp+100% items?

I'm wondering where it would be best to use these on at my level (level 36) because something tells me that getting exp from side quests will not work so good anymore. Im thinking about using these when i get to the tomb of the Exiles. Is there a better place or dungeon that gives good exp around my level or should i wait a bit for something better?
