Can we have a viable kick option in PUG parties

Seriously, wtf ncsoft?????

Having a lvl 30 guy join a recommended 45 dungeon is one thing, not having the ability to kick him is an insult to game development at best.
How can such an important and common feature be left out in this game?

Fyi: I cannot kick ANYONE as a leader in cross server parties.

I would like the ability to kick at least offline players. Chances are they won't make the que back into the game. Also a minimum level requirement for 45 dungeons would help as well.

+1 for vote to kick and making loot options unchangeable in cross-server pugs.

I did E.fleet at level 43(so did the dungeon). Guess who tanked poh? This guyyyy, guess who kept aggro through the entire match.
THIS GUY!!!~ Plz no level restriction.
