Id buy 9 tabs. One for every class in PvP and one for PvE out of convenience. I don't see a point in buying less as i'll still have to respec then. I don't think your going to sell alot of these at $90 just for the minor convenience of not having to move around a few skills.

 

Just figured id mention since it's really the only thing id like to buy but there's no way im paying $100 for the convenience.
