How do I fight LBM as destroyer?

How to fight LBM as a destroyer? I'm 1600's elo at the moment. I'm also not a 100% sure how to use my "F" Key, the knee skill >< but everyone takes it.

Its really really troublesome, try look up some matches from both points of views, and spare with a bladedancer to understand it better,  its a match up that is easist for the blade cancer but once you learn to counter it more about who ever get caught first.
