With the rise of gold spammers, I guess all I can recommend is turning off all group chats (except guild). Just sticking with Normal, Party and Whisper...

Might be asking why im making this; simple, because not alot of people here thought of this. 



Just a little food for thought, the bots cant be everywhere, they can be in all chats but not right next to you in the middle of misty woods or in the desert right next to a dungeon.
