What Lvl or Quests Give You New Outfits?

Hey all, I am playing a lvl 9 Summoner and I am getting annoyed with the faction outfit. Yes I am aware I could buy a new outfit in the cash shops but trying to avoid that since already paying for premium access. So my question to all those who have surpassed my lvl, at what lvl did you get new outfits or are they specific quests I can do to get some? Any suggestions help.

You can get one at the luck wheel in Foshi Pyres (Don't know the exact english names, asked somebody for the name of the "town"). Defeat the nearby boss to get the coins for that wheel and try till you have it.

And with some quests you get outfits, too. If you do all the quests you get, you already should have at least one new outfit from the quests there. (In the wardrobe where you can see the outfits is written from which quests you can get these.)
