Can't Log In

Ok so i logged out because i was having connection issues. So i tried to log back in and it said "Login Failed", so i waited and tried again. After that i went to change my password, it said i changed my password but the new password that i am trying to log in with doesn't work. So now am i locked out of my account?

 

But i can log into my other account just fine?
