Ability "Crash" doesn't work...

Somehow my skill "Crash" doesn't seem to combo in when I use my "Take Flight" skill... Am I missing something? I have the Ability unlocked (I'm lvl 19) and I even spent a Training Point in the first Tier of the skill tree for Crash, just to see if that would make a difference (which it didn't)... What do i do?
