Healing Tonic not usable in tutorial

Lusung wants me to use my potion in hotkey 6 after he beats me in the tutorial. I have done this on other characters and it has worked fine. But it is currently bugged with no potion available. Slot 1 in my backpack has an invisible item in it as i cant move other gear to that slot.

 

Help Please!!! Restarted character 3 times and same thing is happening

I just heard that the potion may have been moved to slot 8 (instead of slot 6). Let us know if that helps! If that doesn't work, you may need to open up your inventory and use it from there.

Not working. I took a screenshot, I don't even have a healing tonic at all.

So I was able to 'fix' it. Forced the launcher to recheck and it downloaded some files (something probably got corrupted) and it popped up in my inventory when I logged back in.

I had this happen as well, but in my attempt to correct it I only made it worse XD, a friend mailed me a potion that i cant claim and now i cant delete my toon either.

Tried reinstalling or forcing a patch?

Pressed repair in the launch menu and it has kind of fixed the problem. I now have the potion in my inventory and it is saying to use hotkey 8. I tried placing the potion in hotkey 8 slot but it wouldnt go. In the end i just used the potion out of my inventory and its let me progress. Still something buggy going on there tho

forcing repair fixed it... this game is dumb.
