Same problem. Have repaired and restarted my computer twice now. Also the error report freezes when I try to send it.

Same problem. I notice the program also hangs in the background sometimes then it causes me a nprotect error and pops up the website for nprotect. But, even if I close the process in task manager, i'm still getting stuck where everyone else is at the ncsoft logo,

Pastapeya is right, even if you shut down the ncsoft program working in the background, it wont work anyway.

Same here - problem occurs after the newest patch was installed and straight after the NCSoft logo.

Exact same thing like Kirinai. Now that I know it's not my pc I will just put my heart at rest since I won't play until the next hotfix-patch it seems. Here my config in case it helps:
