Wondering about 3v3 PvP

I have been enjoying the combat so far and just wondering some things about PvP mainly 3v3. I will be playing with two other people so 3v3 would be perfect. I have some questions. So far I am just level 15 and don't have the most time to play. I really enjoy the combat and hoping it just gets better later.  

 

Is there a certain level to do 3v3?

Is PvP fun at lower levels or should I wait until higher? (Seems like it will talk a long time to get to 45)

How is 3v3 compared to 1v1 PvP?
