You haven't beaten the main story far enough.  Get to Chapter 20 and it will let you.  Once you're there I'll help you do Naryu Temple just let me know when you're going to do it.

But I am at chapter 20, it says so on the right side of the picture

You have to complete Chapter 20. So once you're on Chapter 21 it should let you

Speaking of this dungeon, has anyone gotten the outfits from it yet?

I've seen a few Gon with it in the server I play in. But those Gon's were 38-40.
