Survey/Mail/Daily Dash not showing up!!

So the bar where it shows when you have a new survey,mail, or Daily Dash is not appearing for me anymore and I don't know why!! So I was wondering if  any one has encountered this and knows a fix??

You can get your daily dash by hitting ESC - Daily Dash.

Oh Yea thats right,  you can access mail and daily dash through esc at least but what about surveys then?
