Require help on my Bns please.

Simply put, when I get into the main menu and select a character it starts loading into the world but when the loading bar finishes the game crashes then I have to delete the Game Guard folder in order to get back to the main menu. I am running windows 10 64x. I have never been able to get into the game but would really like to.
