CANT BLOCK BOT SPAMMER

hi admins, can't you do anything about this guy? the bots are getting smarter and smarter by the minute. i tried blocking the user.. but it says "failed to block target"

also, tried to uncheck the "party finder" chat.. it wont work. 

 

please, the bots are being born per minute and they won't stop spamming

I agree, I am on the same server, and I can't block them, this is stupid, what in the heck are we suppose to do????

This is not a player to player support request. But, just block them bro. OR just change the chat tab to one that does not include local chat (All).

no i cant. as said above, it just says "failed to block target" .. removed the 'party finder' chat? nada.. nothing happens

We can't block report them, we can't enter the name manually, there is literally nothing we can do, and its in the freaken dungeon chat.

i cant even read guild chat.. i need to separate them on windows just so we can read em -_- ffs

I created my own channel, for only clan, party, and friends. That doesn’t get spam. But every other channel is spam crazy lol. And you’re right. Plus there is a limit on the amount you can block.

i deleted like 30+, then unblocked another batch of 30 users.. THEN IT SAYS MY BLOCK LIST IS FULL AGAIN .. WHAT!? thats alot of spambots

Max of 50 blocked players. Hopefully an increase will happen soon, but it’s not something we should be doing.

You can't even view their character information, their name is something that broke the system apperently, something has to be done.

Hmm, I wonder if the report system is down right now. Same issue for me, can’t report and block. Normally is provides you with a blocked notice.

Honestly the 50 block limit is dumb. The amount of spammers, including that www.aywgamers.com one, it's seriously ruining the game for me. I just logged out and don't feel like logging back in just to have nonstop spam in the chat box.

yea same here with that same AYWGAMES guy, I'm on the Juwol server and every time i try to block him it tells me "failed to block target"

In Poharan.  I can report it but I cant block it.  My block list is not full.  I can block other spammers but I CANNOT block this thing.  I have not blocked it, I still CANT :)

from what within the current patch notes they are goin to limit chat for player below lvl 10 - so I am in good hope this spam madness will slow down a bit. Ok it's not that good for newbie players, but with current situation the chat is just useless for everyone...

So I keep fingers crossed and hope thing will better in a few hours.
