Login Help for New Player

Every time I attempt to login with the launcher, it tells me my password is incorrect.  I have changed my password a couple times now, but nothing seems to help.  Anyone else experiencing this, or have a suggestion on how to fix it?

Usually it is recommended to change your password. But since you have already done that, it is suggested that you contact NCSoft’s support:

Thanks for the reply, Gluxdator!  I am happy to report that I "solved" the issue myself last night. 

 

It seems there is an issue with the Launcher where it will not accept a password greater than 12 characters in length, although the website has no such qualms.  I changed my password accordingly, and am currently enjoying the game.
